Terms of Use

These terms govern use of IEPeasyhub, operated jointly by Adaptive Curriculum Hub, LLC and Optimized Labz, LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

Early access

IEPeasyhub is in early access. Features change, and we'll tell you directly — through the product or by email — before a change that affects an existing account's data or availability. Early access is currently free for individual teacher accounts; a district agreement covers organizational use and is negotiated separately (see Pricing).

Who owns what's entered

A student's record belongs to the school or district responsible for that student, not to IEPeasyhub. We act as a processor of that record on the district's behalf. Content a teacher or district enters — including AI-drafted text they've reviewed and approved — remains theirs.

AI-generated content is a draft, not a final answer

Any AI-drafted section of an IEP is exactly that — a draft. It requires review and approval by a qualified staff member before it becomes part of a student's official record, and responsibility for the accuracy and legal sufficiency of a finalized IEP remains with the reviewing professional and the district, not with IEPeasyhub or the AI model itself.

Acceptable use

Accounts are for use by the staff, students' families, and district personnel they're issued to. Don't use IEPeasyhub to store information prohibited under applicable student-privacy law, attempt to access another organization's records, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Data handling

How we collect, protect, retain, and delete information is described in our Privacy Policy and Security pages, which are part of these terms.

Termination

Either party can end an account or district agreement; on request, we'll export a district's records and confirm deletion afterward, per our privacy policy's retention terms.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and notify active district accounts of a material change directly.
