Privacy Policy

IEPeasyhub is operated jointly by Adaptive Curriculum Hub, LLC and Optimized Labz, LLC ("IEPeasyhub," "we," "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when a school, district, staff member, or family uses our platform.

Who we work for, and under what authority

IEPeasyhub processes student information on behalf of the school or district that enrolls a student — not on our own account. Where required, a district designates us as an outsourced school official under its direct control (34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B)), and we handle data under that designation. We do not sell student data, use it for advertising, or share it with any party the district hasn't authorized.

What we collect

Staff accounts collect name, email, and role. Student records collect what a legally compliant IEP requires — present levels, goals, services, evaluations, and related documentation — entered by district staff, not by the student. We do not collect political affiliation, voting history, religious affiliation, or biometric identifiers, categories Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 1002.222) specifically prohibits for this kind of record, and our systems are checked in CI on every release to confirm none is present.

Students never sign in

There is no student login to IEPeasyhub. Only staff and, where a guardian is invited, parents or guardians authenticate — a student's record is entered and reviewed by the adults responsible for it.

AI and de-identification

Where IEPeasyhub uses AI to help draft a section of a record, identifying details are stripped and replaced with placeholders before any request reaches the AI model, and restored only after the response returns. No AI-drafted content is saved to a student's record without a staff member's affirmative review and approval.

Retention and deletion

Student records are retained according to the disposition rules that apply to that type of record — some tied to a governing contract's own retention terms, some to a fixed schedule. A district or family can request deletion of a record; we verify in our own automated checks that a deletion request actually removes what it should, including references most systems miss (signatures, audit entries about a deleted record).

No trackers, no advertising

IEPeasyhub carries no third-party analytics, advertising, or session-replay tooling inside the product itself. This marketing site uses only cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track anyone across other sites.
