There is no such thing as FERPA certification, and there is no COPPA certification either — no federal body issues one, for anyone. So instead of a badge wall, here's what's actually built and verified on every push.
What's honestly still in progress
An independent third-party security assessment and a formal district-facing Data Processing Agreement are both on the roadmap, not yet complete. We'd rather say that plainly than stay silent and let a district evaluator assume the worst — or assume a claim we can't back.
