Why we're building this
IEPeasyhub is a joint venture of Adaptive Curriculum Hub, LLC and Optimized Labz, LLC — a special-education curriculum company and a software company, built around one belief: an IEP is a legal document that decides how a child gets taught, and the time it takes to write one shouldn't come at the expense of the time available to teach.
The gap we saw
General AI tools can write plausible IEP-shaped text, but a plausible draft isn't a document a case manager can stand behind — it needs to be grounded in the actual student record, reviewed by a person, and traceable afterward. And generic IEP software wasn't built around Florida's own Matrix of Services and BEESS monitoring framework at all. We built for both at once, deliberately, rather than adding one on top of the other later.
How we build
Every AI-assisted section of an IEP routes through a review gate before it's saved — see Responsible AI. Every data-bearing table carries row-level security and a defined retention answer, checked in CI on every push — seeSecurity. Nothing about that is a launch-day promise; it's the standard the product has been held to since the first commit.
Where we are today
IEPeasyhub is in early access. There's no published customer list yet, because there isn't one worth publishing — we'd rather earn that than fabricate it. If you're a teacher, school, or district willing to be one of the first, we want to hear from you.
