Briefing Kit · Florida ToolAt the IEP Table · Oct. 9, 2026
The scholarship a parent hears about at the IEP meeting, in numbers a district can stand behind.
When a Florida student has a Matrix of Services, the family may hear of the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities, and the district may have to say what it is. This sheet puts the three sides of that conversation on one page for one county: what the family can receive, what the district discloses, and what the district reports to the state. The same published figures on every side.

The program number on the survey record must match the Matrix on file, dated before the survey period; a Matrix older than three years, or left as it was after the IEP changed, is a finding.
